POLICY

CLASS POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Classes are paid in full in advanced; no space is reserved until the class fee is paid
  • You may register for a class in person or by phone.  If calling by phone, please have credit card handy.
  • Class fees are not subject to sales tax, and you will not receive points for class fees on your loyalty card (if you have one).
  • Supply lists for classes are available in the store when you register.
  • Classes begin on time, so please come on time, prepared with supplies in hand or come early to purchase your supplies. If you arrive late, the class does not extend past the scheduled time, please keep your teacher’s time and effort in mind.
  • Certain classes have a 2 person minimum, if the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled. Check out the class page or give us a call to see if there’s a minimum for the class you want!
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to register for a class. If you’re interested in scheduling a private lesson for someone under the age of 13 please call the store.
  • If we cancel a class, we will issue a refund, transfer you to another class or you may use your credit for merchandise.
  • If you cancel a class with more than 24 hour notice, we will issue a refund, transfer you to another class or you may use your credit for merchandise.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be given a one time opportunity to reschedule a class within 30 days with the same instructor.
  • If you “no show” you forfeit the class fee paid.
